We want you to love your new gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Otaku.co.uk account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
